Have you gone thru this experiance emotions are ruling ur head and you dunt no wat to do ...you are silent sumtimes ,then sumtyms some questions totally confuse you ...and sumtimes all the negative dialogues are herd in your head again and again ...sometimes you cant sleep ...sometimes ur finding urself in some sorta isolation ...not mixing with people .....emotions ruling ur mind ....u wanna say speak out but you actually dont know how to ...you wana screem out but ur being silent ....i dunt have any idea why it happens n why ol the negative energy u attract at tht tym tht u jus cant do nything bout it ....am still on a discovery to find out how to overrule my emotions so they dunt affect the mind
